On Signature you can invite up to four people, each with their own login, so nobody has to share a password.
Step by step
- Open Settings, then TeamYou’ll see everyone who has access.
- Invite someoneEnter their email and choose a role. Editors can edit, publish and see insights. Viewers can see insights only.
- Change or remove accessChange someone’s role or remove them at any time. Unanswered invites can be sent again or withdrawn.
Good to know
- If you leave Signature, your team loses access until you upgrade again.
