Refunds and cancellations

Suprlink is free to use. Premium and Signature are optional paid plans. This page explains how paying, cancelling and refunds work, in plain words.

What you pay

• Premium: $6.99 a month, or $59.99 a year.
• Signature: $19.99 a month, or $179.99 a year.

These are the prices in US dollars. In many countries checkout shows the price in your own currency instead, and sales tax, VAT or GST is added where your country requires it. If you've never subscribed before, your plan starts with a 7-day free trial: you aren't charged until it ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. After that your plan renews automatically every month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by our reseller, Dodo Payments, which appears on your bank statement and sends your receipts.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Settings, then Plan and billing, then Manage billing. You won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account moves to Free. Your pages stay online and nothing is deleted, but paid features are hidden until you upgrade again.

Refunds

Payments aren't refundable. New subscribers get 7 days free to try a paid plan first, and you can cancel anytime so you aren't charged again.

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, or the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, write to support@suprlink.co from the email address on your account and we'll put it right. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Changing plans

You can move between Premium and Signature, or between monthly and yearly, from Settings, then Plan and billing, at any time. The change applies straight away: we credit the unused part of your current plan, charge a full period of the new plan, and your renewal date moves to today. During your free trial, switching costs nothing and your first payment stays on the day your trial ends.
