Privacy Policy
Suprlink gives people a fast, beautiful home for everything they make. Respecting the privacy of the people who use it, and of the visitors who tap through, is part of that promise. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
The short version
- We never show ads and we never sell personal information.
- Pages load no third-party trackers unless their owner adds them, and then only after the visitor agrees.
- YouTube and Vimeo videos load only after a visitor chooses to play them.
- You can delete your account and its data at any time from your settings.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address, username and, if you choose one, a securely hashed password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our reseller Dodo Payments handles your payment details and billing address; we only receive your plan, its renewal date and a customer reference so you can manage billing.
Devices you log in from. To warn you when your account is used somewhere new, each device you log in on keeps a random code in a cookie, and we keep a one-way scrambled copy of the last ten with your account. They are used only for these alerts and are deleted with your account.
Continuing with Google. If you sign up or log in with Google, Google shares your Google account ID and email address with us, and tells us whether Google has confirmed that email. We use them only to create your account, log you in and keep you from ending up with two accounts for the same email. We never see your Google password, we don’t ask for access to anything else in your Google account, and you can disconnect Google from your settings at any time. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Content you publish. Your name, bio, links, images, fonts and settings are stored so we can show your page. Anything on your public page is, by design, public.
Visitor analytics. To show page owners how their page is doing, we record each view and tap with the page viewed, the block tapped, the referring site or app, any campaign tag in the link, the device type, browser and operating system, and an approximate city and country derived from the IP address. To count visitors without cookies we also store a one-way code made from the IP address, browser and date with a secret key. It changes every day, so it can’t recognise anyone from one day to the next. We never store IP addresses with these events, we do not build profiles of individual visitors, and visits from a page’s own team while they’re logged in aren’t counted.
Page speed. Our hosting provider, Vercel, measures how quickly our pages load for visitors, such as how long the main content takes to appear, so we can keep them fast. It sets no cookies and records only these timings with the page address, device type, browser and country.
Sign-ups and messages. If a visitor joins a list, unlocks a link or sends a message through a page, the details they enter are shared with that page's owner, who becomes responsible for how they are used.
Owner-added pixels. Paid plans can add Meta, TikTok or Google Analytics tags. These load only after a visitor allows them in the consent prompt, and are governed by the page owner's own privacy practices.
How we use information
- To provide, secure and improve the service.
- To show you analytics about your own pages.
- To send essential account emails such as receipts and security alerts.
- To prevent abuse, spam and fraud.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate Suprlink, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing, under contracts that limit their use of it, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes your pages immediately and erases your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can do most of this from your settings, or by emailing support@suprlink.co.
