About Suprlink
What is Suprlink?
Suprlink (say it “super link”) is a free link in bio page for creators, artists and businesses. You get one short link, suprlink.co/yourname, that holds all your links, music, videos, merch and bookings, ready to share on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and anywhere else.
Is Suprlink the same as SuperLink?
No. Suprlink, spelled without the e, is the link in bio at suprlink.co. It isn’t connected to Ubiquiti’s SuperLink or to other products with similar names.
Will there ever be ads on my page?
No. Not on Free, not on Premium, not later. We make money from subscriptions and nothing else.
Will my page work inside Instagram and TikTok?
Yes. Pages are built to open instantly inside the Instagram, TikTok and YouTube browsers, where most taps happen, even on a weak connection.
Plans and pricing
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, with no trial clock and no card. You get a fast page with unlimited links, sections, text and videos, three starter themes, icons for the major platforms, a QR code and a week of views and clicks.
What does Premium add?
Everything that makes a page feel like yours and work like a business: all 23 block types, every theme and all 39 typefaces, custom colours and backgrounds, a verified badge, animated links, sign-ups, link locks, scheduling, a year of insights with countries, a searchable audience list and no Suprlink branding.
Who is Signature for?
Artists, athletes, public figures and the people who run their pages. It adds live visitors in real time, your own logo instead of ours, up to ten pages, five team seats, your own brand typeface, password-protected pages and a dedicated specialist.
Can I try Premium first?
Yes. New subscribers get 7 days free. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. You can also preview every Premium block and style in the editor first. Previews stay in your draft but aren’t shown to visitors until you upgrade.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Any time, from Settings, then Plan and billing, in your dashboard. Moving to yearly credits the rest of your current month. During your free trial, switching costs nothing and your trial still ends on the same day.
Do you offer refunds?
No. New subscribers get 7 days free instead, so you can try a paid plan before you pay anything. You can cancel anytime and you won’t be charged again. If we ever charge you by mistake, write to us and we’ll put it right.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your page stays online. Premium-only blocks and styles are hidden and your theme falls back to a free one, but nothing is deleted, so upgrading again brings everything back. Leaving Signature keeps your extra pages live, and your team loses access until you upgrade again.
Your page
What should my link in bio address be?
Your name or handle, kept short: suprlink.co/yourname. Use the same handle you use on Instagram and TikTok so people recognise it straight away.
How many links can I put in my bio?
Most profiles give you a single website link, and some allow a few. A link in bio page lets you share as many links as you like behind that one address. On Suprlink the free plan has unlimited links.
Can I see which links people tap?
Yes. Insights show your page’s views and click rate, and how many taps each link gets. Free keeps the last 7 days, and Premium keeps 12 months with sources, devices and countries.
How does team access work?
On Signature you can invite up to four people, each with their own login. Editors can change and publish your pages and see insights and sign-ups. Viewers can see insights. You can change someone’s access or remove them at any time.
Selling
Can I sell things?
Merch, books, tickets, bookings, tips and fundraisers all have their own blocks and link straight to the checkout you already use, such as Shopify, Stripe, Gumroad or Bandcamp. We never take a cut.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Products, tips and bookings link to your own checkout, so the only fees are your payment provider's.
Switching to Suprlink
Can I bring my links over from Linktree?
Yes. Paste your Linktree address into your dashboard and your links and social profiles come across in one go. Check them over, publish, then swap the link in your bios for your new suprlink.co address.
Can I keep the same username?
If the name is free on Suprlink, yes. Type it on the sign-up page and we’ll tell you straight away whether it’s available.
What happens to my old page?
Nothing changes there. Keep it, or close it once all your bios point to your new suprlink.co address.
